This screen shot presents the permanent dentition before the eruption of the wisdom tooth, as the 3D-screen designer finds in his program. This representation is called the "wire-frame representation" because only the framework of the teeth is represented, resulting from the appearance of the polygons as a wire mesh.

The program applied here was also used for the production of Stephen Spielberg's "Jurassic Park".
